I am a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Pilates Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. I am an advocate for all women and men to find true strength, empowerment and true joy in their bodies. Welcome to our happy place. I am here to help you find your strength through movement and community, with a healthy mindset and a focused direction.
